A total of more than 800 tonnes of material, including the ferrous magnets (with an indi\u00advidual weight of up to 50 tonnes), plus tubes, fit\u00adtings, valves and switch cabinets and extra-large parts, were packaged securely in con\u00adtainers, so that they could be stowed on the ship in accordance with the regu\u00adla\u00adtions of the IMDG Code and the packing gui\u00adde\u00adlines. material was divided into three transport sec\u00adtions In accordance with the logi\u00adstics concept of Orano NCS&nbsp;GmbH:<br>\nThe first section in Sep\u00adtember 2017 con\u00adsisted of three heavy duty trucks, four trucks to transport over\u00adsized parts and two 20 foot containers.<\/p>\n<p>The material was trans\u00adported from PSI, Vil\u00adligen \/ Switz\u00aderland via Basle to Hanau and parked there in a secure area, to be taken later across the German \/ Belgian border to the Port of Antwerp \/ Belgium.<\/p>\n<p>The load was customs cleared in Antwerp and trans-shipped to a ship belonging to the Chinese shipping company COSCO.<br>\nThe second transport section con\u00adsisted of three heavy duty trucks and six 20 foot con\u00adtainers, with the two 50 tonne magnets that had been loaded onto the ship as break&nbsp;bulk.<\/p>\n<p>The third section of the chal\u00adlenging transport movement was a com\u00adbi\u00adnation of three heavy loads, each more than 50 tonnes, one over\u00adsized part and four 20 foot con\u00adtainers to the Port of Antwerp \/ Belgium and later to Shanghai \/&nbsp;China.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The entire transport process, with its sub\u00adsec\u00adtions, was com\u00adpleted suc\u00adcess\u00adfully and carried out to the com\u00adplete satis\u00adfaction of our
