com\u00adbus\u00adtibles nucl\u00e9aires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les cylindres 30B uti\u00adlis\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet dans le monde entier sont con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adonn\u00e9s dans des embal\u00adlages dits \u00ab over\u00adpacks \u00bb pendant le transport \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des instal\u00adla\u00adtions nucl\u00e9\u00adaires ; ceux-ci offrent une pro\u00adtection contre les impacts m\u00e9ca\u00adniques et ther\u00admiques en cas d\u2019\u00e9ventuels acci\u00addents durant le transport.<\/p>\n<p>Le DN30 est une \u00e9vo\u00adlution tech\u00adnique des over\u00adpacks uti\u00adlis\u00e9s actu\u00adel\u00adlement et qui sont en cir\u00adcu\u00adlation depuis plu\u00ads\u00adieurs d\u00e9cennies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En plus d\u2019une mani\u00adpu\u00adlation am\u00e9\u00adlior\u00e9e et d\u2019une s\u00fbret\u00e9 accrue, le cylindre DN30 est notamment appropri\u00e9 pour le transport d\u2019UF6 depuis un site de retraitement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le B(U)F.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis juillet 2019, les Etats-Unis ont \u00e9ga\u00adlement d\u00e9livr\u00e9 l\u2019agr\u00e9ment con\u00adcernant le NRC comme con\u00adtenant de transport de type AF pour les trans\u00adports \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du&nbsp;pays.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le nouvel emballage \u00ab overpack \u00bb DN30 est une alter\u00adnative am\u00e9\u00adlior\u00e9e sur le plan tech\u00adnique par rapport aux con\u00adcepts d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants. Il devi\u00adendra un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des trans\u00adports inter\u00adna\u00adti\u00adonaux d\u2019UF6 dans les pro\u00adchaines ann\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Les vali\u00adda\u00adtions des agr\u00e9\u00adments initiaux fran\u00e7ais sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 dis\u00adpo\u00adnibles pour cer\u00adtains pays, dans d\u2019autres pays les pro\u00adc\u00e9\u00addures sont en passe d\u2019\u00eatre fina\u00adlis\u00e9es. Pour les crayons com\u00adbus\u00adtibles de longueur standard, une pro\u00adfondeur d\u2019eau de 12 \u00e0 14 m est suf\u00adfi\u00adsante pour satis\u00adfaire \u00e0 cette exigence.<\/p>\n<p>Le pro\u00adcessus d\u2019encapsulage com\u00adprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>1. Insertion d\u2019un tube dans l\u2019UwLV, insertion du crayon com\u00adbus\u00adtible dans le tube et fer\u00admeture de l\u2019UwLV.<br>Avant intro\u00adduction dans l\u2019UwLV, on ouvre le cou\u00advercle. Le tube, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9 de son bouchon inf\u00e9\u00adrieur, sera fix\u00e9 sur l\u2019outil de mani\u00adpu\u00adlation puis ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l\u2019UwLV. Le crayon com\u00adbus\u00adtible sera ensuite introduit dans le tube \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil sp\u00e9\u00adci\u00adfique de la cen\u00adtrale nucl\u00e9aire, pr\u00e9vu pour sa mani\u00adpu\u00adlation. Le bouchon sup\u00e9\u00adrieur sera alors introduit et l\u2019UwLV sera obtur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vidange et s\u00e9chage de l\u2019UwLV, rem\u00adplissage de celui-ci avec de l\u2019h\u00e9lium.<br>L\u2019eau con\u00adtenue dans le syst\u00e8me de brasage immerg\u00e9 sera alors \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par sur\u00adpression dans la piscine. L\u2019eau con\u00adtenue \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du tube s\u2019\u00e9coulera par les per\u00adfo\u00adra\u00adtions pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet dans le bouchon inf\u00e9\u00adrieur et les \u00e9vi\u00adde\u00adments du tube. La cavit\u00e9 de l\u2019UwLV, celle du tube ainsi que le crayon com\u00adbus\u00adtible seront alors soumis \u00e0 un s\u00e9chage par le vide. Pour finir, les cavit\u00e9s de l\u2019UwLV et du tube seront rem\u00adplies d\u2019h\u00e9lium.<\/p>\n<p>3. Brasage<br>Avant de com\u00admencer le brasage, les deux bouchons sont mis en position au moyen d\u2019un syst\u00e8me m\u00e9ca\u00adnique t\u00e9l\u00e9\u00adcom\u00admand\u00e9. Puis, le bon posi\u00adti\u00adonnement est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 au travers de vitres gr\u00e2ce aux cam\u00e9ras immerg\u00e9es, plac\u00e9es au niveau des sta\u00adtions de brasage. Le tube, \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement des bouchons, ainsi que les bouchons eux-m\u00eames sont alors chauff\u00e9s par induction jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le mat\u00e9riau de brasage se liqu\u00e9fie et s\u2019infiltre dans l\u2019interstice entre le tube et le bouchon.<\/p>\n<p>4.
