_address=&#8221;1.0.0.0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>DN30<\/h2>\n<p>Le transport d\u2019hexafluorure d\u2019uranium enrichi (UF6) est d\u2019une importance fondamentale pour le cycle des combustibles nucl\u00e9aires. <\/p>\n<p>Les cylindres 30B utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet dans le monde entier sont conditionn\u00e9s dans des emballages dits \u00ab overpacks \u00bb pendant le transport \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des installations nucl\u00e9aires ; ceux-ci offrent une protection contre les impacts m\u00e9caniques et thermiques en cas d\u2019\u00e9ventuels accidents durant le transport.<\/p>\n<p>Le DN30 est une \u00e9volution technique des overpacks utilis\u00e9s actuellement et qui sont en circulation depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies. <\/p>\n<p>En plus d\u2019une manipulation am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et d\u2019une s\u00fbret\u00e9 accrue, le cylindre DN30 est notamment appropri\u00e9 pour le transport d\u2019UF6 depuis un site de retraitement. <\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement du DN30 a commenc\u00e9 d\u00e8s 2008. <\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019homologation, la s\u00fbret\u00e9 du design a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9e par le calcul au moyen d\u2019analyses sophistiqu\u00e9es, ainsi qu\u2019au moyen d\u2019essais de chute et de feu effectu\u00e9s sur des prototypes. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _i=&#8221;0&#8243; _address=&#8221;1.1.1.0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux brevets prot\u00e8gent le design de cet emballage de transport agr\u00e9\u00e9 depuis d\u00e9cembre 2018 par l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise de S\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire (ASN) comme emballage de transport de type AF, IF et B(U)F.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis juillet 2019, les Etats-Unis ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9livr\u00e9 l\u2019agr\u00e9ment concernant le NRC comme contenant de transport de type AF pour les transports \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le nouvel emballage \u00ab overpack \u00bb DN30 est une alternative am\u00e9lior\u00e9e sur le plan technique par rapport aux concepts d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants. Il deviendra un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des transports internationaux d\u2019UF6 dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p> Les validations des agr\u00e9ments initiaux fran\u00e7ais sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles pour certains pays, dans d&#8217;autres pays les proc\u00e9dures sont en passe d\u2019\u00eatre finalis\u00e9es. Pour les crayons combustibles de longueur standard, une profondeur d\u2019eau de 12 \u00e0 14 m est suffisante pour satisfaire \u00e0 cette exigence.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus d\u2019encapsulage comprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>1. Insertion d\u2019un tube dans l\u2019UwLV, insertion du crayon combustible dans le tube et fermeture de l\u2019UwLV.<br \/>Avant introduction dans l\u2019UwLV, on ouvre le couvercle. Le tube, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9 de son bouchon inf\u00e9rieur, sera fix\u00e9 sur l\u2019outil de manipulation puis ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l\u2019UwLV. Le crayon combustible sera ensuite introduit dans le tube \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil sp\u00e9cifique de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire, pr\u00e9vu pour sa manipulation. Le bouchon sup\u00e9rieur sera alors introduit et l\u2019UwLV sera obtur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vidange et s\u00e9chage de l\u2019UwLV, remplissage de celui-ci avec de l\u2019h\u00e9lium.<br \/>L\u2019eau contenue dans le syst\u00e8me de brasage immerg\u00e9 sera alors \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par surpression dans la piscine. L\u2019eau contenue \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du tube s\u2019\u00e9coulera par les perforations pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet dans le bouchon inf\u00e9rieur et les \u00e9videments du tube. La cavit\u00e9 de l\u2019UwLV, celle du tube ainsi que le crayon combustible seront alors soumis \u00e0 un s\u00e9chage par le vide. Pour finir, les cavit\u00e9s de l\u2019UwLV et du tube seront remplies d\u2019h\u00e9lium.<\/p>\n<p>3. Brasage<br \/>Avant de commencer le brasage, les deux bouchons sont mis en position au moyen d\u2019un syst\u00e8me m\u00e9canique t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9. Puis, le bon positionnement est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 au travers de vitres gr\u00e2ce aux cam\u00e9ras immerg\u00e9es, plac\u00e9es au niveau des stations de brasage. Le tube, \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement des bouchons, ainsi que les bouchons eux-m\u00eames sont alors chauff\u00e9s par induction jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le mat\u00e9riau de brasage se liqu\u00e9fie et s\u2019infiltre dans l\u2019interstice entre le tube et le bouchon.<\/p>\n<p>4. Immersion de l\u2019UwLV et \u00e9vacuation de l\u2019\u00e9tui soud\u00e9<br \/>L\u2019UwLV est immerg\u00e9e puis ouverte. L\u2019\u00e9tui soud\u00e9 par brasage fort est alors retir\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019outil de manipulation et transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le tube de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>5. Test d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;h\u00e9lium<br \/>L\u2019\u00e9tui soud\u00e9 est positionn\u00e9 dans le tube de contr\u00f4le. Celui-ci est alors obtur\u00e9, drain\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9.
