Les trois agr\u00e9\u00adments de type AF, IF et B(U)F cou\u00advrent tous les pro\u00adduits UF6 issus d\u2019uranium naturel enrichi et d\u2019uranium de retrai\u00adtement qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 uti\u00adlis\u00e9s pour la pro\u00adduction d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments com\u00adbus\u00adtibles ou dont l\u2019utilisation est pr\u00e9vue dans les d\u00e9cennies \u00e0&nbsp;venir.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9a\u00adli\u00adsation de l\u2019emballage de pro\u00adtection du DN30, con\u00e7u par Orano NCS GmbH avec son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Hanau, Alle\u00admagne, cor\u00adre\u00adspond \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de la tech\u00adnique pour la pro\u00adtection de cylindres standard 30B contre toutes les agres\u00adsions m\u00e9ca\u00adniques et ther\u00admiques dans des con\u00addi\u00adtions acci\u00adden\u00adtelles de transport, d\u00e9finies dans les recom\u00adman\u00adda\u00adtions inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnales SSR-6. Les dis\u00adpo\u00adsitifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pro\u00adgres\u00adsistes de sa con\u00adception garan\u00adtissent que le colis DN30 ne cor\u00adre\u00adsponde pas seu\u00adlement \u00e0 la Un rem\u00adplissage r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 des cylindres avec des quan\u00adtit\u00e9s r\u00e9si\u00addu\u00adelles Heels sans rin\u00e7age pr\u00e9\u00adalable des quan\u00adtit\u00e9s r\u00e9si\u00addu\u00adelles, est autoris\u00e9. <br>L\u2019agr\u00e9ment de type IF couvre l\u2019UF6 issu d\u2019uranium de retrai\u00adtement avec une con\u00adcen\u00adtration en U-232 allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60 ppm; l\u2019enrichissement en isotope 235 de l\u2019uranium est \u00e9ga\u00adlement au plus de 5% en poids. <br>L\u2019agr\u00e9ment de type B(U)F couvre \u00e9ga\u00adlement, en plus des con\u00adtenus cit\u00e9s dans l\u2019agr\u00e9ment de type IF, les quan\u00adtit\u00e9s r\u00e9si\u00addu\u00adelles Heels issus d\u2019UF6 de retraitement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la d\u00e9fi\u00adnition des quan\u00adtit\u00e9s r\u00e9si\u00addu\u00adelles Heels auto\u00adris\u00e9es, une attention par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 la pos\u00adsi\u00adbilit\u00e9 de reprendre les trans\u00adports le plus t\u00f4t pos\u00adsible apr\u00e8s la vidange, et d\u2019\u00e9viter ainsi des temps de stockage (inu\u00adtilement) longs avant un nouveau transport. Les dis\u00adpo\u00adsitifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pro\u00adgres\u00adsiste sont par exemple la pro\u00adtection de la vanne, le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif anti-rotation, un syst\u00e8me de ver\u00adrouillage tr\u00e8s robuste et un syst\u00e8me de pro\u00adtection ther\u00admique. Le syst\u00e8me de pro\u00adtection du bouchon permet le transport de cylindres 30B \u00e9quip\u00e9s de l\u2019une ou de l\u2019autre des deux ver\u00adsions du bouchon : un embout hexa\u00adgonal ou un embout \u00e0 six pans creux. Une prise robuste pour le scel\u00adlement permet l\u2019utilisation de sceaux de haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la con\u00adception de la PSP DN30, une attention par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019interface existant entre les moyens de transport tels que les flat-racks et le colis DN30. Cette interface est iden\u00adtique aux types d\u2019emballages de pro\u00adtection uti\u00adlis\u00e9s pr\u00e9\u00adc\u00e9\u00addemment. La manu\u00adtention des embal\u00adlages de pro\u00adtection DN30 pleins et vides res\u00adsemble \u00e9ga\u00adlement lar\u00adgement \u00e0 d\u2019autres ver\u00adsions existantes. Comme nouvel \u00e9l\u00e9ment de manu\u00adtention, des poches pour chariot \u00e9l\u00e9\u00advateur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es pour per\u00admettre une mani\u00adpu\u00adlation en toute Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, nous avons demand\u00e9 un agr\u00e9ment par\u00adti\u00adculier qui permet \u00e9ga\u00adlement un transport \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays. Pour l\u2019importation et l\u2019exportation, l\u2019agr\u00e9ment initial fran\u00e7ais de type AF sera valid\u00e9 \u00e9ga\u00adlement aux Etats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>La pro\u00adduction des pre\u00admi\u00e8res unit\u00e9s de s\u00e9rie des PSP DN30 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 com\u00admenc\u00e9. Les pre\u00admi\u00e8res unit\u00e9s DN30 sont livr\u00e9es au client durant le troi\u00adsi\u00e8me tri\u00admestre 2019. La pla\u00adni\u00adfi\u00adcation pr\u00e9voit une liv\u00adraison de jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 unit\u00e9s en 2019 et de 200 \u00e0 250 unit\u00e9s sup\u00adp\u00adl\u00e9\u00admen\u00adtaires en 2020.
