Pour les crayons com\u00adbus\u00adtibles d\u2019une longueur standard, une pro\u00adfondeur d\u2019eau de 12 \u00e0 14 m\u00e8tres est suf\u00adfi\u00adsante pour satis\u00adfaire \u00e0 cette exigence.<\/p>\n<p>Le pro\u00adcessus d\u2019encapsulage com\u00adprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>1. Insertion d\u2019un tube dans le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9, insertion du crayon com\u00adbus\u00adtible dans le tube et fer\u00admeture du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9.<br>Avant d\u2019\u00e9quiper le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9, on ouvre le cou\u00advercle. Le tube \u00e9quip\u00e9 de son bouchon inf\u00e9\u00adrieur pr\u00e9\u00admont\u00e9 sera fix\u00e9 sur l\u2019outil de mani\u00adpu\u00adlation et plong\u00e9 dans le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9. Ensuite, le crayon com\u00adbus\u00adtible sera introduit dans le tube \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil pr\u00e9vu pour la mani\u00adpu\u00adlation de crayons com\u00adbus\u00adtibles par la cen\u00adtrale nucl\u00e9aire. Puis le bouchon sup\u00e9\u00adrieur sera introduit et le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9 sera obtur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vidange et s\u00e9chage du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9, rem\u00adplissage du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9 avec de l\u2019h\u00e9lium.<br>L\u2019eau dans le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9 sera \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par sur\u00adpression en piscine. L\u2019eau \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du tube s\u2019\u00e9coulera \u00e0 travers les trous pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet dans le bouchon du fond et \u00e0 travers les fentes du tube. Ensuite, la cavit\u00e9 du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9, la cavit\u00e9 du tube et le crayon com\u00adbus\u00adtible seront s\u00e9ch\u00e9s par un s\u00e9chage sous vide. Enfin, la cavit\u00e9 du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9 et la cavit\u00e9 du tube seront rem\u00adplies d\u2019h\u00e9lium.<\/p>\n<p>3. Brasage<br>Avant de com\u00admencer le brasage, les deux bouchons sont r\u00e9gl\u00e9s dans la position de brasage au moyen d\u2019un syst\u00e8me m\u00e9ca\u00adnique t\u00e9l\u00e9\u00adcom\u00admand\u00e9. Par ail\u00adleurs, la position cor\u00adrecte est con\u00adtr\u00f4l\u00e9e par des cam\u00e9ras immerg\u00e9s au travers de vitres posi\u00adti\u00adonn\u00e9es sur le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage. Le tube sera chauff\u00e9 dans la zone des bouchons, ainsi que sur les bouchons eux-m\u00eames au moyen d\u2019un chauffage par induction jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le mat\u00e9riel de brasage devienne liquide et s\u2019\u00e9coule dans la fente entre le tube et le bouchon.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mise en eau du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9 et retrait de la capsule soud\u00e9e du dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage immerg\u00e9<br>Le dis\u00adpo\u00adsitif de brasage est mis en eau et ouvert. Ensuite, on retire la capsule soud\u00e9e par brasage fort \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil de mani\u00adpu\u00adlation et la transf\u00e8re dans le tube d\u2019essai.<\/p>\n<p>5. Test de fuite de l\u2019h\u00e9lium<br>La capsule soud\u00e9e est posi\u00adti\u00adonn\u00e9e dans le tube d\u2019essai. Le tube d\u2019essai est ferm\u00e9, drain\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9.
